Urgently Hiring
Hire and train new agents across the U.S., Guam, Puerto Rico, and Canada
Schedule and attend virtual meetings using Zoom and other platforms
Create financial plans to achieve agent goals
Oversee new agents and manage their training programs
Present to families different benefits programs, enroll new clients, open new account
Build trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Must have a passion for helping others
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated team leader, proficient in multi-tasking
Proficient with computers and Zoom (preferred but not required)
Ability to form and grow solid relationships with colleagues and clients
Entrepreneurial Mindset
No prior financial experience is required for the position. The company will pay for your schooling, training, certifications, and licensing to fulfill this position
Must be a US citizen or Canadian with work status, residency, or citizenship
